EN ISO 14644-1 Standard

EN ISO 14644-1 standard; clean rooms and clean rooms are classified according to the concentration of airborne particles, especially airborne contaminants. In the classification, particle populations with only cumulative distribution based on spreading in the range of the threshold (lowest bound) from 0.1 μm to 5 μm were taken into account.
